WHAT: KDOW COVID-19 Vaccination & Testing Event
WHEN: Saturday, November 20, 2021, 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
WHERE: Rockdale Career Academy, 1064 Culpepper Dr., Conyers, GA 30094
WHO: RCPS students, families, staff, community and anyone age 5 and older.
PRE-REGISTRATION: CLICK HERE to register (Please note, the appointment times shown in the pre-registration link are not real appointment times; service is first come first served On-site registration is allowed; pre-registration is encouraged and will allow clinic to better prepare.)
COST: Free vaccinations. Free PCR test and $50 Rapid Antigen test.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?: Participants are requested but not required to bring 1) a Driver's License or State ID, and 2) Insurance card or Social Security card.
DO PARENTS NEED TO ACCOMPANY STUDENTS?: Parents need to accompany students under the age of 18.
